Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
For domestic orders, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 5–10 business days for products to arrive. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!
We utilize multiple shipment channels, therefore your order might not arrive all at once. Depending on the contents of your order, you may receive multiple packages arriving on different days from our various fulfillment centers across the U.S. If you have not received all of your order within 15 business days, please contact us at hello@apieceofcakecelebrations.com.
*Note: During busy seasons, processing and delivery times can be delayed.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
We offer $10 flat rate shipping within the U.S on orders under $100.
Orders over $100 will receive free shipping which will be displayed at checkout. No code is required.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products as well as the various ways they are produced, we are currently unable to accept returns at this time.
We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 14 days of receiving your item at hello@apieceofcakecelebrations.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
